Current tenants include Sherwin Williams (4,500 sq ft approx), Crown Station Coffee House and Pub (2,600 sq. ft with outdoor patio), Deejai Thai Restaurant (2,600 sf approx with outdoor patio seating), and Divine Barrel Brewing (8,400 sq ft approx, with a large patio). There is currently 4,500 sq ft of sub-dividable space available with an optional 1,500 sq ft of raised patio that is located in the front of the building with the brewery and faces N. Davidson Street. The target mix for the remaining space will be retail, fitness or restaurant. 

Additional Facts

  • Noda street market is accessible via the lynx blue line light rail expansion at the rear of the property connecting it to UNCC, approximately a 12 minute ride.

  • The Blue Line is expected to transport 24,500 riders each week that will have access to NoDa Street Market. Located between two light rail stops, 1) the Sugar Creek Park and Ride 0.2 miles away with 1,100 parking spaces and connecting to North Davidson Street via a pedestrian bridge, and 2) the 36thStreet tation 0.4 miles away.
